This program has been put together by a collection of major league, former major league, and current minor league pitchers, and is top-of-line training, identical to the training Professional pitchers do to prepare for their season or to regain their velocity after coming back from time off. About me

Raised in Pleasant Hill CA, I attended Acalanes Highschool where I was fortunate enough to win 3 NCS Championships in 2011, 2012 and 2013. I went on to be two time Grossmont college pitcher of the year in 2014 and 2015. From there I accepted a scholarship to Concordia Irvine where I went on to become the Division 2 Era leader in school history with a 2.2 over 42 innings pitched. With over 250 innings at the college level, Since leaving Concordia I have pitched in Over 400 Professional Innings 270 of which in MLB Partner Professional Leagues. I have had the privaledge of Signing 6 Professional Contracts for the Billings Mustangs, Evansville Otters, Ottawa Titans, Chicago Dogs, Southern Maryland BlueCrabs and Sioux Falls Canaries. Over the years I have spent time training with numerous MLB, and former MLB pitchers, as well as a multitude of facilities and top programs in the nation dedicated to velocity development. My area of expertiese is in pitching mechanics. Current professionals utilize my knowledge of mechanical analysis and MLB comparison frequently, due to my ability to recognize similarities in mechanical ques, as well as efficancies and defiancies in the throwing motion. Mentoring with 5 tool sports science, I have studied biometric mechanical analysis for 5+ years, this involves understanding the fundamentals of how the body moves through out the kinetic chain most effectively. I am excited to train the next generation and Am always making sure to stay up to date with the latest tips going around the highest levels in pitching.

“ Over the past decade I have trained and consulted with Neil numerous times on my journey to the Major Leagues, he is passionate and dedicated to helping, and someone I still communicate with regularly about pitching.” -Randy Wynne, Cincinnati Reds (MLB debut June 2023)

“Neil is very insightful when it comes to understanding pitching mechanics. He is someone I can trust for advice if need be, and I know the information he is giving is beneficial.” - Akeem Bostick (2nd round Houston Astros 2013 Draft, MLB debut 2021)
